Many of them are activities that many people do on a daily basis and thoroughly enjoy doing them. Once you become aware of these simple activities you can begin to make use of them to enhance the power of your mind and enhance your life and lifestyle. .</p>
<p>One of the best ways to increase<strong> the power of your mind</strong> is to sharpen its abilities. You can do  memorization exercises, in which you use repetition, not just at the starting point of it, but also even after you have already memorized certain things. For example, if you have memorized a paragraph of your favorite novel, then try to recall or repeat it a day or two after. By trying to recall it, you will be able to see how much of it you are still able to remember. This will create more and larger neural connections, which will help your mind to increase its ability to remember things as well as increase its overall power.</p>
<p>Learning new skills is another method that you can follow in order to enhance<strong> the power of your mind</strong>. The best thing about this method is that, aside from increasing your mind’s power, you would also gain some new knowledge, which would help you on certain things. For example, if the skill that you decided to learn is building furniture items, aside from making your mind more powerful than it is, you can also make use of your skill to earn money from it. Keep in mind that you can also increase your mind power by learning a new sport, learning how to dance or learn a new language.</p>
<p>Listening to good music can also help you improve your mind power. Keep in mind though that the types of music you should listen to are those that can help you attain relaxation, such as classics and jazz. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The benefits of <a title="meditation" href="http://tinyurl.com/3xdtvm7" target="_blank"><strong>daily meditation</strong></a> are many &#8211; stress management, a healthier body, a healthier mind, improved concentration, and an improved ability to live in the present.</p>
<p>By reducing the stress in your body, you help your immune system to keep you healthy. By practicing meditation daily you will feel more in control of the circumstances and situations you encounter. You will find you will react in a calmer reasoned manner.</p>
<p><strong>Meditation is safe and simple</strong>. It is a way to be present in the now. You train your mind to focus on one thing in order to stop it thinking all the jumbled thoughts that usually flit through your mind &#8211; thoughts from your past and concerns about your future.</p>
<p>To begin a meditation, find a private place where you will not be disturbed. Get comfortable in a chair, or lying on your bed or sitting on the floor &#8211; wherever you feel comfortable. You don&#8217;t want discomfort to distract you.</p>
<p>You want to<strong> clear your mind </strong>of thoughts are flitting through it continually. Often a mantra is used as the focus point. It is best to use a word or phrase that has no emotional response within you. An example of an emotionally loaded word may be &#8220;love&#8221;. A mantra that is neutral is sounding &#8220;Oh-oom&#8221;, first out loud slowly with your out breath and then continue in your mind only. Sometimes a phrase from a foreign language; one that has no meaning to you but has a cadence that you find attractive, will work very well.</p>
<p>There are various<strong> <a title="meditation" href="http://tinyurl.com/3xdtvm7" target="_blank">meditation techniques</a></strong>. Another method is breath meditation where you focus on your breathing. Be very aware of your breath going in and out. Slowing the in and out of your breathing can have a very calming, relaxing effect.</p>
<p>You may find thoughts coming into your mind<strong>.</strong> Don&#8217;t get annoyed with yourself &#8211; just bring your focus back to your mantra or on your breathing.</p>
<p>Ideally you want to get to your inner place where there are no thoughts distracting you and the focus on the mantra is no longer required. This can take a lot of regular practice of meditation but to be in that stillness within is to be with your soul. It is amazing and very spiritual.</p>
<p>Once you have incorporated 20 to 30 minutes of <a title="meditation how to" href="http://tinyurl.com/3xdtvm7" target="_blank"><strong>daily meditation</strong> i</a>nto your schedule, you will notice your day flows more smoothly and your concentration is improved. Even ten minutes daily will reduce any stress you may have.</p>

<p>If you become aware that your body is not feeling or performing at its best or you feel pain, then you know your body is sending you a message.  Something is out of balance.  It is important to consult all avenues for healing: traditional medical advice and diagnosis; possibly a second opinion; alternative medical diagnosis; seek spiritual and emotional therapy where indicated.</p>
<p>However, one of the most important persons to listen to is you. In your meditation ask if your body or your inner self is sending you a message. Ask your mind- heart if there is a message. Then listen and trust your intuition. If there is a message, ask what the message is.</p>
<p>You may be surprised at the answer you receive. It may be the answer is something you already knew consciously but were pushing it aside as not important. For example, a message saying you are pushing yourself too hard at your work or your play.</p>
<p>Or the answer may refer to an emotional problem or memory which you had buried and that memory is now resurfacing in your subconscious. There is no pill to relieve this. You would be advised to seek the assistance of a person proficient in the techniques of hypnosis, NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) or psychotherapy to help you uncover the event in your past that is causing your present trauma. The event can then be re-framed and rendered non-traumatizing for you.</p>
<p>Whether the problem is presenting itself physically or emotionally, visualization can be a great help in alleviating the discomfort, pain or anxiety. In many cases visualization can assist the body and spirit to cure itself. However, do not ignore the advice of traditional medicine but utilize visualization to complement it.</p>
<p>Your mind is powerful and your intuition is wise. Use them both.</p>
<p>When performing your <strong><a href="http://www.lawofattraction-money.com">healing visualization</a></strong>, relax deeply and go within to your essence. If you have pain, breath deeply and focus loving energy to that area. Keep taking deep in-breaths and with each out-breath, breath out the negative energy which is creating the problem. Visualize this process.</p>
<p>Relax more completely with each out-breath. Ask your inner self if there is something more you can do to assist the healing. An answer may or may not come. Continue your breathing and visualizing process for the time you have allotted.</p>
<p>If the dis-ease is general then use the same technique as above in your healing visualization but send the loving energy to the whole body. You can vary this by focusing on your chakraas. Visualize each chakra separately, seeing its energy vortex, beginning with the base chakra and going upwards in the body to the final crown chakra. Send loving and rejuvenating energy to each one, with particular focus on the heart and middle eye chakras.</p>

Then polygraph and EEG  equipment were set up to test both subject and the now-separate cells.  The subject was then given emotional stimuli.</p>
<p>The results were amazing. The cells responded with instant and  identical results &#8211; even when the subject and the cells were 300 miles  apart. We are much more than physical beings.
